All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date of purchase on which you received the product or on which a third party you have appointed takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the returned product. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
