• There is no exchange or returns on custom orders.

• Once the scent and colors are finalized and approved by the client, we cannot make any further revisions.

• The client agrees to pay 50% of the total custom order estimate before we start processing the order, and the remaining 50% is to be paid when you pick up your custom order.

• The client must understand that the color and scent must change it's color while curing.
